Hi, I’m Sonia: the founder and lead coordinator behind Sage & Satin Events.
Alongside my husband, Anthony, we specialize in thoughtful wedding day coordination, beautiful styling, and custom stationery & signage for couples who want to feel calm, supported, and fully present on one of the most important days of their lives.
What began as my passion for creating beautifully organized celebrations has grown into a husband-and-wife team dedicated to making wedding days feel effortless. While I lead every aspect of the planning and coordination process, Anthony works alongside me behind the scenes, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.

By day, I work full-time in healthcare, where I've spent more than 20 years developing the skills that naturally carry into wedding coordination: organization, communication, problem-solving, and remaining calm under pressure.
Planning my own wedding showed me just how valuable a dedicated wedding coordinator truly is. It was the one investment I wish I had made, and it's the reason I am so passionate about helping other couples experience their wedding day without worrying about timelines, logistics, or unexpected challenges.
As our business has grown, so has our team. Anthony has become an integral part of every wedding we coordinate. While I oversee timelines, vendors, and every moving piece of the day, Anthony supports everything happening behind the scenes. From assisting the wedding party and repurposing décor to solving last-minute surprises before anyone even notices them.
It's this teamwork that allows us to provide a calm, seamless experience from beginning to end.
