One of the biggest reasons I place so much emphasis on this service is because I didn’t have a wedding day coordinator for my own wedding — and it’s the one thing I truly wish I had done differently.
I know firsthand how quickly the day moves and how easily couples can feel pulled in multiple directions. With a background in healthcare and years of experience managing details under pressure, I bring calm leadership, thoughtful organization, and steady support to every wedding. My goal is simple: to ensure your day unfolds smoothly, beautifully, and exactly as you envisioned, without you having to manage a thing.

By day, I work full-time in the healthcare field. A career I’ve proudly built over the past 20 years. It’s a role that has sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my compassion, and taught me how to stay calm, organized, and present in high-pressure moments. These skills naturally carry over into wedding day coordination, where thoughtful preparation and steady guidance make all the difference.
Outside of work hours, Sage & Satin Events is where my passion for planning truly comes to life. Long before launching my business, I found joy in organizing family celebrations, milestone moments, and meaningful gatherings. That passion deepened even further when I planned my own wedding in 2022; an experience that showed me just how impactful (and necessary) wedding day coordination can be. Not having that support on my own wedding day is what ultimately shaped the heart of my business today.
Now, I pour that experience, care, and perspective into every couple I work with. I specialize in stepping in during the final weeks to manage details, timelines, and logistics. That way you can be fully present and enjoy the day you’ve spent so much time planning.
